It was very strange because at first it worked. For some reason it doesn't work when the girls are on screen, I can move the camera very little only when none of the girls are on screen.

With me the error comes out more with Lulú and Astra, If it is a bug, I hope you can find it.

On android for some reason I can't rotate the camera, I can move everything else but I can't rotate around the girl. In Sandbox mode.

There is no Harem Hotel apk file. 

There is the .exe file which is the one you need to open in Joiplay, once downloaded and extracted you just look for the .exe file with Joiplay app.

 At some point there will be an endless days mode? I'm not good at taking out or exploring with a time limit, an easy mode or something like that would be great.

I don't think I got an answer before but I'm still curious.l

Will it be possible to play as a female character soon?

I'm 23, and I've played it 2 times, I can't a third time, I also hope to get revenge, I hope it gets what it deserves from our hands.
